6 January : UNA Lymington Branch invites you to a talk with Sir Jeremy Greenstock (former UK Permanent Representative to the United Nations and currently Chair of the United Nations Association (UNA-UK) “How the UN Security Council Works” and Lady Greenstock (Patron of UN Women in the UK) “UN Women”. 23 January: UNA Putney and Roehamption Branch is holding a public meeting on 'Security versus Liberty: Is our human right to privacy being compromised?' 24 January: UNA Westminster Branch invites you to a meeting on 'Human Rights for sexual minorities: is the UN the right forum to campaign?' Speakers include Stuart Milk, from the Harvey Milk Foundation, Renato Sabbadini (International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association) and Emma Reed (Head of LGB&T Equality, Government Equalities Office).
