Biography He has previously worked as a consultant in the Nuclear Security Office of the International Atomic Energy Agency and as an intern in the UN Office on Drugs and Crime in Vienna, where he dealt with issues ranging from counter-narcotics policies in Afghanistan to human trafficking and drug demand reduction. Matthew has a BA in English Literature from University College London, where he sat on the editorial team for the university magazine. He also holds an MA in conflict and development from the Department of War Studies at King's College London, securing a distinction both overall and for his thesis on aid effectiveness in Rwanda.
