INFORMATION FOR TEACHERS

The United Nations Public Inquiries Unit provides, free of charge, general United Nations information kits for teachers and students of primary, intermediate and secondary levels. These kits are designed to provide teachers and students with background information on the functions of the United Nations, as well as information on where to obtain more detailed information on the work of the organisation.

Curricular material is also available on the internet. The CyberSchoolBus, a United Nations online service, offers a wealth of information activities and teaching resources designed to engage students and teachers alike.

UNA-UK's pages on Model UN & Citizenship contain further resources for teachers.
