UNYSA branches |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
UNYSA branches across the UK can be found in the adjacent list. Those that have their own websites are shown in orange, and you can visit these websites by clicking on the orange text. No website for the group in your area? E-mail membership(a)una.org.uk and ask to be put in touch with your local group. Membership of the UNA-UK is open to everyone, of all ages. All members of UNA-UK who are under 26 or registered students are also members of UNYSA. The UN Youth & Students Association (UNYSA) is the youth wing of UNA-UK. UNYSA brings together young people (university, college and school students) from across the UK who are passionate about the need for a strong, credible and effective United Nations. Our aim is to build a better understanding of the UN and its work, and to equip young people to play a prominent role in international affairs. We have a booklet to help you to set up a new branch at your school or university: A Guide to UNYSA (PDF).
If you're interested in setting up a youth branch, do get in touch and we'll be happy to help: e-mail unysa (at) una.org.uk TheYouth Council officers are always available to help and advise branches new and old! |
